Setting goals can be the best decision you ever make
When starting CrossFit the best thing you can do for yourself is set goals. Identify what you want to achieve and know how you’re going to achieve it. Our coaches can help you determine a realistic approach to getting where you want to go! The biggest key is consistency. You have to show up and do the work. Write your goals down and share them with a friend to help hold you accountable. The best part about working towards your goals in CrossFit is the community. How it all began
CrossFit was created by Greg Glassman in Santa Cruz, CA in the late 90′s. His goal was to create an incredibly effective Strength and Conditioning Program. He achieved this by developing a training regimen that contains three essential elements:
- Functional Movements
- Constantly Varied
- High Intensity
Now, there are over 20,000 people who CrossFit every day. CrossFit has developed into a fitness movement that is spreading rapidly around the world.

You don’t need to get fit before coming to CrossFit. Your size and shape does not matter! Every workout can be scaled for any ability.
Your whole family can be fit for life
CrossFit Synergistics offers programs for all ages. We offer CrossFit classes for kids as young as 5 years old.
We offer childcare for ages 6 month – 7 years old during late afternoon and early evening classes as well as weekend mornings. This is a great opportunity for parents to workout together!
