Mobility Tuesday! Could be slightly better done from the beach, but still nice to take the time to focus on mobilizing. I still find it disappointing that the “puppy pose” does not involve actual puppies. I had a great time on Saturday competing with Becka and getting to cheer on Merri and Hanna!! For anyone considering a competition – do it! It’s a great opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and have some fun. I had myself a fantastic partner and we worked very well together knowing one another’s strengths. Whether you judge or compete, it’s a great environment and being a CFS athlete, you are far more prepared than you think you are 🙂 As Kathi would say, “Trust the programming!”
