Our top priority is the safety and well-being of everyone we connect with. We recognize and understand the concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19). We want to update you on everything we are doing to provide a safe environment for our athletes and coaches. We are closely monitoring the latest developments and following guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). 

With your help, we will continue doing the following:

 – Please wash your hands before and after your workout.
 – Wipe down every piece of equipment that you use. (Please do not spray the computers on the rowers, ergs       and bikes. The moisture will ruin the computer.)
 – For now, no high fives, fist pumps or shaking hands.
 – If you have any flu-like symptoms please stay out of the box until you are better.
– We have put away all the lacrosse balls, foam rollers and bands as these are difficult items to sanitize.
– We are continually washing the floors with disinfectant and wiping down equipment and surfaces throughout  each day.

We encourage members to start signing in from their mobile phone.  Simply log into your Zen Planner account and you will see an option for check-in.

In addition to regular classes, we will also offer the following Open Box times for the foreseeable future where you can come in and do a workout on your own.  These are not coached workouts.  You do need to sign in for this as it is a scheduled event.

Mondays: 1pm – 3pm
Tuesdays: 6pm -8:30pm
Wednesdays: 1pm – 3pm
Thursdays: 6pm – 8:30pm
Friday: 1pm – 3pm
Saturday: 12pm – 3pm
Sunday: 11am – 2pm

In the daily WOD post we will be including an in-home option if you cannot make it into the box.

We will remain open for business and will practice the safeguards above. We have a strong commitment to our community and to provide a safe place to workout in.
