My first WOD with a Farmers Carry. I enjoyed it more than I expected. Tried 110# on the Bench Press; got 2 but couldn’t make the third. Thanks John for a fun WOD.

Followed this up with crashing Ilana’s workout 😬 We did a modified version of Saturday’s WOD: 20 Rounds of 7 Cal Bike And 1 Round Of Cindy. Finished in 23:09 and fun was had by all 👊
