Could you go 21 days without complaining?
Join more than 11 million people worldwide who have taken Will Bowen’s Complaint Free® challenge! Complaining is an epidemic that is destroying our happiness, relationships, health, and success. The problem is that most people aren’t even aware of when they complain. As Will Bowen says, “Complaining is like bad breath – you notice it when it comes out of someone else’s mouth, but not when it’s out of your own.”
Sign-up for the CFS 21 Day Complaint Free Challenge!
Each participant will receive a Complain Free World bracelet upon sign up. We are collecting $10 (cash) per bracelet to participate. 100% of the funds collected will be donated to a new charity called Home Again. (Details on this charity are below.)
We have adult bracelets and youth bracelets so we are encouraging any kids that want to do this to jump on board!
- Find John or Elizabeth at CFS to get your bracelet.
- Put your name on the whiteboard at CFS.
- Start switching your bracelet from wrist to wrist if you complain.
Click here for detailed information on the Complaint Free Challenge and get your 30-day free Complaint Free Life Program. This program will help jump start your first 30 days to become complaint free! You can also download the G.R.I.P.E. E-Book to help you identify and stop complaining!
How it Works:
1. Put your bracelet on either wrist – you are now on Day 1 of your 21 Day journey
2. When you complain, move the bracelet to the other wrist. You’re now starting over; you’re back on Day 1.
3. Stay With It – the average person takes 4 – 8 months to complete the 21-Day challenge. Just remember, you can’t complain your way to health, happiness, and success.

Home Again, a project of Newton at Home (NAH), is a home goods pantry in Newton that is stocked with donations of new and gently used home goods such as dishes, bedding, and towels. Private individuals and other non-profit organizations donate these home goods which are then sorted and organized to ensure that clients who are in need can take what they can use. Clients are made aware that Home Again is available to them by social workers at local social service agencies and immigrant aid organizations. Home Again is located at Trinity Church in Newton Center (11 Homer Street), on the same corridor as the Centre Street Food Pantry. (Enter the church from Furber Lane.)
Newton at Home (NAH) is a non-profit, volunteer-driven membership organization. It was founded in 2007 by a group of longtime Newton residents and became fully operational in April 2011. NAH is one of more than 200 Villages that now exist throughout the United States in what is called The Village Movement. Modeled after small towns of the past where neighbor helped neighbor and social networks were tight, today’s Villages have proved highly successful in meeting both the practical and social needs of many older adults. NAH members pay an annual fee to gain access to a vast array of practical services and opportunities to socialize, learn, and have fun. Ninety-nine percent of NAH services are provided by volunteers who are fully vetted and trained. NAH membership also benefits the families of members who gain peace of mind knowing that their loved ones have access to an enormous support network. NAH plays an important role in the larger community, too, offering both young and old a meaningful opportunity to become involved in community service.

I’m in! Looking forward to raising my own awareness around complaining – what it is, what it isn’t, and how often I fall into that trap.
