WOD
Teams of 2. Athlete 1 will complete 9 Box Jumps. Athlete 2 will complete 7 KB Goblet squats athlete 1 will complete 5 Hand release push ups. Then athlete 2 will complete 9 box jumps. Continue this rotation for the 10 minutes One athlete works while the other rests.
