   T’was the day Of Christmas and all through the Box
   Not an Athlete was stirring, not even the clocks.
   The weights were stacked and the Wall Balls put away
   Everything in its place – not even a Kettlebell was stray.
   The rig stands tall and the ropes hang from high
   While the rowers sit quietly and the bikes let out a sigh.
   Get rest while you can – we’ll be back before you know
   Whiteboard filled, athletes ready, and the call of “3,2,1…Go!”
