Today’s WOD from home:
Warm-up — three rounds of child’s pose, upward dog, and downward dog.
WOD: Three rounds for time — snow blow driveway, snow blow neighbor’s driveway, snow blow other neighbor’s driveway.
Cool down: Help saw branches off tree that fell on neighbor’s car.
Although this was varied, it contained functional movements, and it had some intensity by the areas where the plow had come, it sucked.
Sounds like a great WOD Ken!! And also puts you in the running for neighbor of the year!
Thanks Deb, but after being Athlete of the Month, being Neighbor of the Year would be a step down.
I hope you enjoyed the snow.
Do you know if Tracey got her bionic knee?
So true – Athlete of the Month is quite the accomplishment! Yes, Tracey did have her surgery this morning and is doing well. She said she feels great, but is still numb 🙂 I’m sure she’ll be back in the box very quickly.
You did better than me Ken. My cool down was helping cut up a neighbors fallen tree with a chainsaw.
Constantly varied is the key Scott. I’m voting for you for February Athlete of the Month.
