30 Day Fall Partner Nutrition Challenge
Grab a friend and commit now. It’s 30 days – you can build new habits that stick in that amount of time!

What are the rules? It’s simple, just like last time, read on . . .
Grab a partner (or two) and put your names up on the whitebaord at CFS. Partners are great when it comes to holding you accountable. If you need help finding a partner not a problem we will match you up with someone!
Only eat real food – meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts & seeds. If you are a vegetarian you can still do this challenge! For those of you who enjoy an adult beverage every now and again yes, that means no booze!
Our only exceptions will be white or brown rice, oatmeal on days you workout. We’re also allowing whey protein or Fuel for Fire pre and post workout as well as Casein Protein at night. Plain Greek Yogurt no sugar as well.
If you eat a non-compliant food – even a little, you and your partner must bike 100 calories EACH for that day! If you had a clean day enter a check mark next to your name on the white board. If you had a cheat, enter an X.
After the 1st 15 days everyone who had 15 clean days in a row will be entered into a raffle for the chance to win a $50 Kettlebell Kitchen credit. There will be 2 raffle winners! Kettlebell Kitchen will also be providing us with a discount code for 10% off all orders during the challenge. We cannot publish the code here but email Elizabeth at eliz@cfsyn.com and she’ll give it to you.
CFS has an ongoing Facebook Nutrition group where lots of sharing has already happened in our last few challenges. This is a great place to share recipes, get ideas for meal prep, on the go snacks and support.
