I brought up the rear on this workout, but on the plus side after all of the GHDs, Curtis Ps, and Deadlifts, I’m hoping the rear is looking a little better 🙂 The HSPU got a little tough and was glad I scaled the volume. Thanks to the 5:30 crew for the push at the end!
