Our In House Throwdown is this Saturday November 3rd. We will be running 1 adult class @ 6:30 am. *All adult and Kids/Teens for the rest of the morning will be cancelled.

Fun workout and I was happy to be able to do burpees. Note…I didn’t say I was happy to do burpees…just happy to be getting back into the swing of things.
Peas in a Pod “The Dottirs”: 27:10 Lots of fun this morning! A big class with THREE friends (well, at least they were friends before the workout started…) I hope to see them back again 🙂 Great workout to keep you moving even if you are competing tomorrow. Thanks Hanna for keeping the big group organized and prepped for the workout!!
