Big class at 5:30! WOD had a little bit of everything from cardio to strength to body weight. I had it in my head that we had 15:00 so thought I had 1:10 to finish out my round and then realized I actually only had :10. So much for that. Happy Valentine’s Day to everyone!! Thanks Hanna!!
Love sick. 3rds. #30DB. Was out of focus today as I got mixed up on the sequence first round. So I did 8 extra push ups before realizing I was supposed to be on bike. Did DB mostly strict presses. As crazy as it sounds I have a hard time coordinating push press. Did regular push ups. Happy Valentines Day!
