Felt a bit on the sluggish side this morning so used the opportunity to just hone in mentally, keep a positive attitude and keep moving forward. Every workout is an opportunity to challenge yourself. Glad that Hanna is feeling better and shout out to Becka and Jackie for some much needed jokes this morning 🙂
Quicksand. 17:53. #40 SB. Still sluggish with a head cold. But made it to the box. Just wanted to go through the motions. Jumped using the 4 foot marks on floor. Not my strong point. But managed to get the 4 ft about 90% of the time. A win for me. Felt a lot better afterwards. Nice work Hanna.
