15 Push press (75,50)
12 toes to bar
*Rest 5 minutes
Then repeat the 2 rounds.
Option 3:
2 rounds
400 m run
15 Push press (45,35)
12 Knees to 90
*Rest 5 minutes
Then repeat the 2 rounds.
Post WOD:
Grab a foam roller and perform the agile 8.

I was happy to get in the runs and except for round 4 broke up the push presses into sets of 2. Finishing last but only by a few seconds is a big accomplishment for me on this WOD.
One Two Punch: 20:40 | 400M Row | 65# Push Press | TTB
Still not quite ready to run, but really enjoying the extra time on the rower 🙂 I broke the Push Press into two sets (8/7), kept the first two sets of TTB unbroken and then broke the second two sets (7/5 and 9/3). This was a great workout that got you very intense-rested-then back to intensity. Not an easy thing to do, but a great thing to train. Thanks Frozen for the programming and thanks to “other” John for the coaching!! It was great to see you this morning!
It sounds like you are getting into running shape for the Spartan Race Tracey! Woohoo!
I am working on it Ken! I’m going to be in the back of the CFS pack but I’m super excited to be doing it and although slow, the runs feel fine. There will be a big smile on my face when I jump over the fire at the end!
