Options for toes to bar:
1. Knees to 90
2. Ab-mats x 2
3. Ab-mats x 1.5
4. 1:1 Toes to bar to ab-mats
Post WOD:
Banded over head distraction. 2 minutes per side.
Low Rider. Did 2X abmats. Shoulders needed a break. 50 Cal Bike,legs only, in lieu of sandbag run. Forgot to look at time.
Low Rider: 26:51 Rx These are definitely three of my more favorite movements, though taken together at this rep scheme they became very challenging. I had hoped to “recover” on the run, but today the 35# sandbag felt, well…like a 35# sandbag. Broke the TTB up into reasonable sets, so was able to keep them moving. Thanks Frozen!!
Where was the sandbag on the bike?! If you used only your legs, then you easily could have held that sandbag 🙂
