A good crew this morning kept the energy up and it was a beautiful morning to walk along Main Street with kettlebells 🙂 Thanks Hanna for getting ups prepped with rowling (our rower had a mind of its own) – always nice to start a day with smile with Hanna 🙂

I always like partner wall balls and transitioning without the ball hitting the ground….but I did take one in the nose in the last round.

Was right around that same area of the box. Matter of fact, that’s also the same area where I broke my foot. Maybe I should find another spot elsewhere in the box.
