400 Meter Run
15 Overhead Squats (65,45)

Option 3:
5 Rounds:
400 Meter Run
15 Overhead Squats with PVC

Post WOD:
Overhead banded distraction.  2 minutes per side.
Endurance & Stamina
10 rounds with a 2 minute rest in between, of any (or any combination):
Run 400 meters
OR
Row 500 meters
OR
Bike 1000 meters
