10:15. #265 BS. PR. Previous #250 on 8/8
Back Up the Bus: 8:53 | 140# Back Squat (a tie for a PR and did not want to rush the attempt at 145# as the clock ran out). I was originally unsure about the time it would take me to do the 30 Cal Row and burpees, but felt good and had plenty of time to get in 4 lifts. If I had about 20 more seconds, then I would have gone for the 5th lift at 145#. Thanks to Melissa for the extra spot on the back squats!
Way to go John! Your accomplishments have been very impressive!! All of your hard work is definitely paying off 🙂
Thanks Deb. Have great coaches that I have learned to listen to. And a great community that has supported me from day 1. Had JDs voice in my head today of “go lower” during the BS that pushed me on.
