*With a partner, stand facing one another each an end of a resistance band. With both partners keeping the arms straight, one parter will lower into a squatting position and bring the arms between the legs while the other partner stands with arms extended over head. Keeping the band taut at all times, partners will simultaneously switch positions so that one is always pulling up on the band and one is always pushing down on the band.
