Warm-Up
Follow the Leader: Each time the leader switches trainer calls a movement for athletes to complete 3 of.
WOD prep
Pass the Ball in Front Rack: Have athletes line up holding their elbows in front rack position. Athlete at front of line starts with a dodge ball held in between elbows and passes to the elbows of the next athlete. Continue down the line until the last athlete has the ball and runs to beginning of line to start again as the leader.
WOD:
In teams of 3 to 4 complete 3 rounds of 30 seconds at each station
