WOD:
Teams of 2.  One athlete works while the other rests.  Athlete 1 does 10 wall balls.  Then athlete 2 does 10 wall balls. Athlete 1 does 10 Russian Kettlebell swings.  Then athlete 2 does 10 Russian Kettlebell swings.  Continue this pattern for 3 complete rounds.
