Warm-Up:
Hanna Says: Set up a circle of cones in the middle of the room and kids start the game by running around the cones. At the call “FREEZE!”, everyone stops and then a location and movement are called out. The kids go to that location in the room and perform the stated repetitions of the movement. When they are done they resume running around the cones. Repeat as desired.

WOD prep:
“Perfect” Press Relay: Divide the group up into 2-3 teams and place two cones approximately 10m apart for each team. One at a time, athletes run from one cone to the other and perform the very best shoulder press or push press they are capable of. The trainer gives clearance for the athlete to return to his or her team. If needed cues are provided to correct the movement until the appropriate technique is demonstrated.

WOD:
AMRAP 10
10 Kettlebell/Dumbbell swings
10 Single arm Kettlebell/Dumbbell push press (5 on each arm)
10 double unders or single unders
