I stayed remarkable consistent across the three rounds. My accomplishment for today was that this was the first WOD I did using a 24″ box for the box jumps and I completed 30 during each round.

Fun time sharing a station with Meghan this morning! Not only did she do great with this workout, but we worked well together to ensure we each had the bar loaded appropriately for our rounds and supported each other (especially through that LAST calorie on the ski!) Kudos to Hanna for managing the large 5:30 crew and keeping us all on track. And I do love the “get really tall” cue for the ski erg… 🙂

Fun sharing with Becka and glad she was around to correct me when I started doing strict presses instead of push presses in round 2! We were also pretty efficient at switching weights for each other!

Totally ran out of gas in the last round – my legs were shot from the weekend and lack of sleep. Jackie as always was a supportive partner which was especially helpful today!
