Wacky Packs. Did dumbbells. #20,#25,#30. Clearly need work in my lunges as that limited the load. 7, 10, 13 burpees.

Bumped up the weights by 5# per round which was the right decision. My goal was to get more burpees per round today than I did in September 2017 and also to try not to scare Ted and Rob too much with my numbers 🙂 My little protege (Rob) is coming along nicely with his jump shot! Now we just need to work on his dunk. Thanks Hanna for embracing with us the joys of the Curtis P!! Did someone say breakfast?!

I’ve been pushing myself a bit on my weights (which sounds a little ridiculous compared to what the rest of you all do!) but I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how it’s going. No more trainer bar for this girl!
