Always fun trying to hold off Ilana on a final run! This was a great WOD that really tested the legs. We did not see any Cirrus Uncinus clouds this morning as it was foggy…oh, and it’s dark at 5:30AM.
Thanks for the update Deb. I’ll have a pit in my stomach all day thinking about those lunges. I hate lunges.
What did the lunges ever do to you?
Probably the same thing the bike did to me.
Lunges are just a pain in the ass.

My double unders fell apart a few rounds in and I had a hard time getting them back. Frustrating when that happens.
That hurt.
6 + 100m @26#. Went out too fast. Couldn’t hold on. Felt AWESOME to be done though.

6 rounds @ 35# however partway in my hip was acting up so I had to switch to alternating step back lunges. During the 4th round I did half with the kb and half without and then the last two rounds lunges no bell. I agree JoeA that was gross!
