Am I the only one here who likes burpees?! This was a fun triplet to get Monday started. Kept the KBS to 2 sets in the first two rounds and 1 set in the third round and moved through the burpee box jump overs. TTB were like a little bonus 🙂 Thanks Hanna!!

I actually didn’t mind the burpees today 🙂 Thanks Hanna and Becka for the TTB tips. One day I’ll be able to do them like I’m supposed to do them! AND, it was awesome to see Joe this morning. We’ve missed you!!
