First round of the bike went well and then I hit the KBs and it all went downhill. I ran out of gas quickly and that made the pull-ups slow and then the next two rounds were like slugging through molasses. Thank you to the crew for cheering me on as I finished and for the grip tips on the pull-ups.

First outdoor running workout in a while did not disappoint. It will be great for the later classes to enjoy some Springlike temperatures! Kept the KB swings unbroken throughout and broke the pull ups from round one in hopes that it would pay off in round three. Happy with a 14 second PR. Nice work all around in the 5:30 class!! Thanks Hanna!!

Helen. At work. No pull up bar here so Subbed pushups for pull-ups at 15 rep. 10:02. #53KB. KBs unbroken. Pushups round 2 and 3 broke down into sets. Surprised myself running today. Beautiful Day!

Made a “late night” stop at the 7:30 class (very welcoming and lots of fun). Was happy to have a chance to run. Didn’t check my time from June until after the WOD and think a 9 second trade works for a heavier kettlebell! Maybe pull ups next time?
