WOD prep:
Partners Tabata calorie row. 1 partner works while the other rests. 4 rounds each!

Then prep the barbell to WOD weight. You should try to stay unbroken with your barbell movements. Adjust the loads as needed.

5 Burpees over the bar
10 Push press (115,75)
20 Double unders
10 Front rack lunges (115,75)
* 1 barbell must be used for this workout with the same load for both movements. Substitute with dumbbells or kettlebells if you like.

10 Push press (95,65)
20 Double unders
10 Front rack lunges (95,65)
