Filthy 50: 33:25 10#WB | Singles | All other movements as prescribed. This was my first time doing this WOD and it surely did not disappoint. For me the most difficult part was the wall balls, but I expected that to be the case so just chipped away at them. Great job to John for pushing through those burpees and then hitting the bike! On the plus side as this was my first attempt, it’s an automatic PR 🙂
