Started too fast & the air was so heavy, I got dizzy and almost stopped on the rower. I thought I was going to black out. But I slowed it up & kept going. Recovered on the thrusters and crushed the pull-ups. Look forward to doing that again. I know I can do better.
Way to stick with it and yes you did crush those pull-ups!
