With no help from Deb (where is the love?), did it in 25:36 with Margie. We could have shaved about fifteen seconds off of that time if she didn’t stop to yell at me for allegedly miscounting (when the counting was correct). Fun WOD and very sweaty!
If that was the case, you’d never make it for a WOD. You were probably grounded from 5th grade through 12th grade.
Well Ken, where would be fun in giving you tips?! In case you were wondering, Becka and I had one person on the rower at all times while the other person did 4 rounds of 5-10-15. When we got to the final 4 rounds, we each did 2. We had about 1,200M left on the rower when we finished the rep scheme, so alternated on the rower while one rested until we finished. No one yelled š
