Lots of fun this morning working with Becka and Michelle! We all worked very well together and were able to keep everything moving. We maintained a very steady pace throughout the Cindy portion which enabled us to turn the rounds over quickly. Thanks Hanna – this was a fantastic workout 👊

Ring rows for Marco and me, pull ups for Henry. I think we could have divided our rounds of Cindy up better to pick up a few more reps, but it was still a good workout.
Status quo. With Victor and met Rebecca and another great partner who I can’t remember her name. I have been out with upper respiratory issues for a week so this is my first day back in 5 days. Good WOD to get your lungs back. Jamming 9:30 class. Great job Hanna keeping us on point.
