Warm-Up:

WOD prep:
Prep the rope climb and STOH to WOD weight

WOD:
Jungle Book for time (35-minute cap)
Teams of 2. One athlete works while the other rests. Divide the row, STOH and rope climb as you like.  
2000m row or ski buy-in, you choose.
Then 8 Rounds of:
10 STOH
2 Rope Climb (15 ft)
Then
1000m row buy-in or ski buy-in, you choose.
Then 6 Rounds of:
10 STOH
2 Rope Climb (15 ft)
Then,
500m row buy-in or ski buy-in, you choose.
Then 4 Rounds of:
10 STOH
2 Rope Climb (15 ft)

*Scale the load of the STOH so you are capable of completing unbroken reps of 5.
Option 1: (135,95)
Option 2: (95,65)
Option 3: (75,55)
*You may substitute Dumbbells for barbells if you like.

Options for rope climbs:
1. 1 cargo net climb = 1 rope climb
2. 3 rope pulls = 1 rope climb

Post WOD:
Foam roll for 5 minutes
