Teams of 2. 1 person works while the other rests. Divide the runs and rep up however you like.
For Time:
400m run sand bag run (50,35)
50 Sand bag front squats (50,35)
50 Burpee over the sand bag
400m run (50,35)
40 Sand bag front squats (50,35)
40 Burpee over the sand bag 
400m run (50,35)
30 Sand bag front squats (50,35)
30 Burpee over the sand bag
400m Sand bag run (50,35)
*Scale sand bad load as needed

Post WOD
Foam roll for 5 minutes

Endurance and Stamina:
3 x 6 min with Level Change
Pre-set the monitor for a work time of 6:00 and a rest time of 3:00. Let your stroke rate vary as follows per interval: First and second interval: 2 minutes @ 20 spm, 1 minute @ 24 spm, 2 minutes @ 22 spm, 1 minute @ 26 spm Third interval: 1 minute @ 20 spm, 2 minutes @ 24 spm, 1 minute @ 22 spm, 2 minutes @ 26 spm. During the rest time continue rowing at light pressure.
