Face Time
AMRAP 30. Teams of 2. 1 athlete works while the other rests. Athletes will alternate through the movements. Athlete 1 does ab-mat sit-ups. Athlete 2 does walking lunges, athlete 1 does air squats, athlete 2 does push-ups, athlete 1 does pull-ups, athlete 2 does ab-mat sit-ups. Continue this rotation for 30 minutes.
25 Ab-mat sit-ups
20 Walking lunges
15 Air squats
10 Push-ups
5 Pull-ups

Post WOD:
Foam roll for 5 minutes.
