Appreciated being the third wheel on the team. Squeezed in a full 19 rounds with 0 time on the clock – I think I rowed 10 calories in 30 seconds. Just shows you how hard you can push it when you really want something. I started with strict pull-ups and when the numbers were starting to drop switched to kipping so my numbers varied between 5 and 3 per round.
