A great variation on traditional Cindy…though I could have done without the bike and row 😬 Got some “bonus fitness” post-WOD with the other Dottir: 400 Calorie Row. One partner Rows for 1:00 while the other holds a 50# Slam Ball. We had sunshine and music and got to cheer on runners as they exited the Box – what more could you ask for?! Thanks Frozen…we did return the Rower 🙄
