Ladies Rx weights and 160 cal on bike.
Finished first five round and both bike intervals…got 50 abmats and 1 burpee at the cap.
Then we finished it anyway.
Merri’s “Happy” WOD with Becka and Stacy: Finished first 5 Rounds, Completed 100 Cals in the Bike and then 50 Sit Ups And 6 Burpees. Learned a lot in the workout – thanks John. Nice to see CJ this morning 😬
