Legs felt a bit sluggish today, but the barbell cycling felt pretty good. A big class at 6:30 this morning!! Good energy! Oh, and Hanna is having a buy one get one sale for anyone who would like two dogs…who may also smell like skunks 🙄 Thankfully, Hanna did not smell like a skunk.
Home DT 200 with the turkeys fan club. LOL. Every time I dropped the bar they gobbled. 10:04. #115. Weight was good for DL and HPC. My technique on OH press and jerks is lacking. 115 was too heavy. Last 3 rds ended up basically 3 push/strict presses at a time.
