2) 1 minute ball slams(AHAP)
15 seconds transition
3) 1 minute burpee box jumps(20″)
15 seconds transition
4) 1 minute 10 m backwards tire drags(90,60)
15 seconds transition
5) 1 minute single battling ropes
15 seconds transition

*Shot gun start. 5 people max per station.
*Count your total reps for each station.
*Total meters for the tire drag. (Only 5 m increments count)
*Every single battling rope on each arm counts as 1 rep.

Post WOD:
Foam roll for 5 minutes.
