Option 1 Opens
20 down to 1 by 1’s.(20,19,18,…)
Walking overhead lunges (recommended (45,25)
10 Burpees Between Each Set of Walking overhead lunges.

*Scaling:
Reduce the weight and reps on the overhead lunges so they can be performed unbroken.

Option 2 Fitness:
20 down to 1 by 1’s.(20,19,18,…)
Walking overhead lunges (recommended (35,15)
10 Burpees Between Each Set of Walking overhead lunges.

Option 3 Fitness:
20 down to 2 by 2’s. (20,18,16…)
5 Burpees Between Each Set.
Walking overhead lunges (10,5)

Post WOD:
1. Coach stretch 2 minutes each side.
2. Lax ball glutes 2 minutes each side.
