*Scaling:
Reduce the weight and reps on the overhead lunges so they can be performed unbroken.
Option 2 Fitness:

Saddle Sores: 25:34 Rx This workout does favor those of shorter stature 😬 I’ll take the “small” wins where I can get them! Tried to chase down Becka, but she was just out of reach.
Fun to watch Paul and Kevin do 19.2 – great efforts all around! And a great time judging Merri as she also put up a solid score in 19.2. The Opens definitely bring out the best in everyone! And thanks Hanna for the extra 20 Burpees in the warm up 👊
