I came in to redo 18.2 today. I had a lot of glitches on Friday, and knew that I could do better.

Thanks to my awesome husband for judging me! I liked today’s relaxed atmosphere and seeing everybody do what felt like the right workout for them!

Awesome job to Ilana for crushing her 18.2 time and clean weight from Friday! It was great to watch and celebrate in the accomplishment. Also, Kimar did a great job getting further along in the Squats and Burpees than he had done on Friday. Great energy for a Sunday!
Beat my bike time by 15 seconds but it nearly killed me this am. Today was a fun one 🙂
