Teams of 4 or 5. 2 athletes work while the others rest. One athlete will work on the row while another athlete will chip away at the calories on the bike then move on to the burpees. The work out is done when the row, bike, and burpees are completed

As we had 6 people in class, we designated 2 athletes as “shadows” and worked that way. In the end, we had a lot of fun and a great workout!! Thanks Jon!!
