*Add weight if capable on the pull-ups

WOD:

AMRAP 10
2 Wall balls (20,14)
2 Toes 2 Bar
4 Wall balls
4 Toes 2 Bar
6 Wall balls
6 Toes 2 Bar
8 Wall balls
8 Toes 2 Bar

*Scale the load and height of the wall ball where you are comfortable cycling 10+ reps.

Options for toes to bar:
1. Knees to 90
2. Toes to rig
3. GHD
4. Ab-mat sit-ups
