4 min AMRAP
Max stone to shoulder. 
Partner A stone to shoulder while Partner B holds a plank. Switch places as needed. Can only lift stones when person is actively holding the plank.

1 min rest 

6 min AMRAP
Max 100m sprints.
Partner A sprints while Partner B holds the stone in the gut. Switch places as needed. Can only sprint while stone is being held. 

1 min rest 

4 min AMRAP
Max reps stone to shoulder 
Repeat the first AMRAP but instead of holding plank Partner B must hold double KBs or DBs overhead. Can only lift stones when person is actively holding KB or DB overhead. Switch places as needed.
