Ouch. Glad I did it and glad it’s over!
I did 15 rounds of 10 cals/10 burpees, then went to 9/9. The last round I did 10/10. Somehow I thought round 15 was my last and was devastated to learn I was only half way done! Michelle and Ryan were rockstars on either side of me!
Felt like I needed more “fortitude”. Ouch! Rx row all 15 rounds, 15 burpees to round 20 I think. Had 2 rounds of 10, then maintained 12. 15 in the last round. That was not an easy Sunday morning! 🤮
Fortitiude: 9×10 Cals, 6×8 Cals | Held 12 Burpees for all 15 Rounds
As much as I wanted to hold on to 10 Calories on the Row, I had caught up to myself and had no rest going into the Burpees and that was not going to be sustainable. I made the deal with myself to reduce the Row, but hold the Burpees. Great class at 7:30 – thanks for keeping us going Hanna!!
