Deadlifts: 175# for 5
WOD: 12+7 (145#, 1/2 the T2B). I was happy with my T2B scale! Thanks Hanna!
Fun 7:30 today.
Prep – 5 rep deadlift to 300# (I think my previous 3 rep was 295…so this is kind of a PR.
Wod: through the round of 12…plus 4 deadlifts @ 185#. Toes to bar were a struggle today…grip went away quickly!
