3,016 Reps of Remebrance with JD, Ilana, Michelle, Becka, Jackie, and Tracey. Completed the 3,016 Burpees as a team (two athletes working) in 1 hour 14 minutes. For those who are counting, that is 444 Burpees per person. Great teamwork and a lot of fun!

Ton of fun with all of the ladies this morning…all of these memorial type / Hero WODs add such a mental component to the physical exhaustion. I found myself thinking…as we worked to check off 30 boxes each time we finished ONE HUNDRED burpees…that each of those burpees represented a life lost! So grateful that we were able to honor the memories of all of those lost!
Sign me up for the team 3,000 calorie bike workout!! I’m all in! Though it could fall on my rest day..,
