*Record your times for each round and your total time including rest.

40 double unders
20 Box jumps(24,20)
20 Alternating dumbbell snatches (40,25)

Option 3:
80 Single unders
10 Box jumps(20,12)
10 Alternating dumbbell snatches (30,20)
