Fun WOD this morning…I love me some rope climbs.
Dope with a rope: 23+ rope pulls.
Great to have Ryan visit us from the 5:30 to show us how it is done 👍
Rope-A-Dope: 30:58 Rx
A lot of fun this morning – I managed to pace this workout so that I felt just as strong on the final 10 calories and last rope climb as I did at the start. I was pretty consistent getting up the rope in 2.5 pulls, which requires me to use every last inch 🙂 Ryan did sleep in this morning, but I still got to watch him burn through this workout. Thanks Frozen!! Great drills for rope footwork and even though Becka and I did not manage to hit 100M in rolling, we did enjoy the “bonus fitness”.
17:25 Rx. This was a fun one….Didn’t want to let JD down 😉
Sub 18!!! Nice work…I’m glad I was able to push you (by writing something on the board!)
